I attempted to download Windows 10 over a period of about one week experiencing repeated failures, 8 times, occurring at different stages of download. Once during download the screen froze and I had to kill it with the power button. Along the process of download attempts I upgraded BIOS (from Dell) from 1.0.13 to 1.0.18, checked ok the motherboard battery, and tested the SSD to 100% health. On the 9th download attempt Windows 10 loaded and it seemed to work normally for a few days, until again boot problems progressively more difficult until now it freezes on the Dell logo screen with no response to any function key or the 3 start/kill procedure to bring up the WindowsRE screen.
